Monzanto Sound are a South East London-based music collective fusing together different styles from the African Diaspora and combining them with a hypnotic, psychedelic edge. Traversing through jazz-inflected funk, psychedelic trip-hop and cosmic neo-soul, they connect the dots using pulsating grooves, hypnotic polyrhythms and soaring vocals.
Mimi has worked with the collective as a vocalist, songwriter and producer since 2020. Together they have released three musical projects including their most recent debut album ‘The Channel’ in August 2025.
